My journey as an entrepreneur started in 2015 when I was challenged to create the magic mix needed to start and build a printing business. My strategy was to first study and analyze the market, understand the clients’ needs and match them with the right products. Apart from that, I had the ultimate task to actually create the Business, Financial, Sales as well as the Branding plans. Managing all the operations while executing them was definitely very challenging. Despite this, the experience was very rewarding especially when the results started to kick in.
Like many other entrepreneurs, I had to do it all by myself before I could afford investing in a person (or maybe a team), product or service that could help me smoothen the execution and efficiency of the business. This has to be the main reason why nowadays, I truly understand the importance of outsourcing the tasks that use up time, knowledge, and energy that could be invested in the areas one is ultimately best at.
